For over 30 years we have worked with a client to produce shows for orthopedic surgeons from around the world.  We have taken them from the stone age of slide stacks on platforms 20' in the air to advanced technology using remote cameras and a staging area that looks like the underside of an air craft carrier (according to one of our faculty members).  We now produce two shows a year.  In Orlando in December and Vegas in May.  Between the two shows attendance is upwards of  3,000 participates a year.  Here are a few views and a short video that shows what the content of a meeting contains.
